in the current market it was very important to be quick with responses while putting offers in and Mario was very good at doing that. He also was very good at understanding my needs in a house. I am very picky when it comes to purchasing a house and he was very patient with me while we went through at least 30 houses before I decided which house I chose to purchase. Mario was very quick on responding when I had questions regarding any house and found out the answers to those questions in a timely fashion. He also worked with me on my schedule to view houses even if it was on weekends or late at night. I would recommend Mario in the future to anyone that I know that is looking for a house.
